Harrison has volunteered at the National 24 Hour Challenge since birth, brought along as a volunteer by his parents.

He started working with Gary on the safety team as a teen, and eventually took over as the Safety Director.

In addition to his role as the safety director on the day of the event, he has taken on modernizing the scoring and registration for the event by writing and maintaining several websites designed to simplify the experience of riders and volunteers.

Harrison, when not working on the National 24 Hour Challenge, works as a DevOps Engineer for a legal document management company in Chicago.
